Have a look around. We are makers of 100 percent handmade, terra cotta majolica tableware, servingware, and weddingware. We produce our ware on a small farm in northern Colorado. Each piece of Figware is handled by its maker at least eighteen times in the making process. That’s a lot of human touch and that’s what makes Figware so friendly and unique.

At Fig, we have a light, fresh, approach to original dinnerware, servingware, and weddingware. You won’t find any heavy brown pots here! We make everything from teeny ring-holder bowls to large pasta bowls; tea sets for children to teapots for grown-ups; butter dishes to large serving platters; candlesticks to vases. And all of it is in the Italian tradition of handmade terra cotta majolica.

We produce ever changing, small batches of ware - ready to buy right now. You’ll find these in the shop section. If you don’t see what you want there, don’t worry! We can make it for you! We do custom work, particularly for weddings but also for dinnerware sets, retail stores, and any bespoke piece you desire. See weddingware & custom orders. You will find an archive of past work in the gallery section. This will give you an idea of the breadth and flavor of our work. We can reproduce most of these pieces or make a variation. It’s often a good place to start when you want us to design a custom piece for you.
